The episodes that fill in the interludes between "Ghost in the Shell (Mujirushi)" and "Ghost in the Shell 2", which were published in magazines but never included in the book, have finally been published in book form. It contains four episodes that depict the daily operations of Public Security Section 9, with Batou and Togusa at the center of the story. The digital version does not include the TV anime scenario, game storyboards, color gallery, etc. The content is the same as the e-manga version released in 2003.
